Terms and Conditions
Tour
All obligatory insurances are included in the tour package.
Pick up an drop off from agreed location, usually stated in the tour package, unless separately agreed before the tour.
Parking, fuel and tolls are included in the price.
We require 24h notice to book the tour.
Tour Itinerary is specified in the tour package or agreed upfront for customised tour packages.
Any request for breaks or additional stops can be accepted at discretion of the tour guide and only if time reserved for the tour allows for it.
Baby car seat must be requested when booking the tour.
Any special requests and demands must be made when booking the tour and are subject to our approval by email.
Any health conditions our tour guide needs to be aware of, such as allergies, must be stated when booking the tour.
Delays due to traffic and weather conditions are out of our control and we take no responsibility for.
Damages done to the tour vehicle during the tour are full responsibility of the person that did such damages.
Smoking or alcohol consumption is not allowed in the vehicle.
What is excluded
Tour guide gratuities.
Drinks and meals.
Entrance tickets for monuments.
Personal expenses.
Accommodation costs.
Payment & Refunds
We require full amount of the tour value to be paid for the booking to be valid. Tour is not considered booked, if no payment is received.
Refund will only be processed when we confirm acceptance of your cancellation request by email.
Refunds will be processed, as per below Cancellation Terms, within 72 hours from tour cancellation acceptance.
All refunds will be made in the same currency received and to the same card that was used to make the booking.
Personal belongings
We assume no responsibility for belongings left behind during the tour.
Acceptance of Risk and Waiver of Liability
We strongly advise to ensure you have travel health insurance in place before the tour.
If you travel with a minor who attends the tour, you assume responsibility for this minor and any damages to properties done by the minor.
We strongly suggest to research travel destinations when selecting tours to make informed decisions when booking (accordingly to your health condition and personal preferences). We do not make representation of the risk associated with the travel destination.
It is your responsibility to have appropriate equipment, i.e. suitable footwear, for the tour.
Cancellations Terms
All cancellations must be requested in writing by contacting Vidal Tours at info@vidaltours.travel
One Day Tours
We require a minimum of 10 days’ notice of cancellation before the start date of the tour for a full refund.
If cancellation request is made within 10 days to 72 hours from the start of the tour, 50% of tour cost will be refunded.
If cancellation request is made within 72 hours from the start of the tour, no refund will be made.
Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the tour (Western European Time zone).
Multiday Tours
We require a minimum of 10 days’ notice of cancellation before the start date of the tour for a full refund.
If cancellation request is made within 10 days to 8 days from the start of the tour, 50% of tour cost will be refunded.
If cancellation request is made within 8 days from the start of the tour, no refund will be made.
Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the tour (Western European Time zone).
Unforeseeable Events
It is at discretion of Vidal Tours to make a refund for cancellation requests made after 72 hours from the start of the tour due to unforeseeable events. We may consider reasons, such as serious illness, which must be supported by relevant proof/document accordingly.
